Overview
City Runner is a conceptual action-thriller campaign exploring cinematic visual storytelling through poster design, character marketing, and world-building. The project focused on creating a cohesive campaign identity capable of extending across theatrical, outdoor, and digital marketing applications.

The Challenge
Develop a visually recognizable campaign system that communicates narrative tension, character conflict, and genre tone while remaining adaptable across multiple marketing touchpoints.
Design Solution
The campaign identity centers around a neon-driven visual language inspired by dystopian sci-fi and contemporary action-thriller marketing. Typography plays a key role in reinforcing narrative structure: clean, corporate-inspired typefaces represent the controlling “corpo” faction, while expressive hand-drawn typography reflects the rebellious underground characters.
The system was expanded across character one-sheets, outdoor advertising, gallery-style posters, and social media applications to demonstrate scalability across both physical and digital campaign environments.
Outcome
The final campaign was designed to function as a complete entertainment marketing system capable of generating pre-release awareness, supporting character-driven social campaigns, and maintaining a cohesive cinematic identity across platforms. The project demonstrates visual storytelling through composition, typography, atmosphere, and scalable campaign design.
